Delphi 2009 IDE corrupts project file?
I did a build and maybe an install on a Delphi project that is not a design time project. The units in the project have disappear twice now after building the project. I let Delphi convert the project instead of creating a new project and adding the units. Has anyone else had project corruption problems with Delphi 2009? Larry Griffiths ..

I have recently been changing the debug and map file settings in the project options, when I now go to File > Open Project the IDE crashes and drops into debug mode. I see similar errors (for FXM.Xxx and VCL.Xxx units) while debugging. How can I fix this? C++ Builder XE
I found some Delphi code to satisfy a need in my C++ Builder application. I created a Delphi unit to contain the code and added it to my project, made sure that the Delphi compiler option to create all C++ builder files was set, and Project->Build the unit. The compiler reports \'done\' with no errors or warnings, but no .hpp file is created that will enable me to use the unit in my C++ units. I have done this before with C++ Builder 2006 and earlier, the only difference is the \'Project->Compile Unit\' is what I used and is no longer a menu item in XE. Have I go..

We purchased Delphi XE which gave us access to previous versions, including D 2007.. all is well. However, 3 projects were written Delphi 2005 for .Net. Hi. I am a newbie to Delhi XE. I have just taken on the task of converting my stuff from Delphi 5 [sic] to Delphi XE. Hi All, I have just got a new laptop and have only just installed Delphi 2009 onto my machine and have registered it. Now I know there are updates available, however when I run the \'Check for updates\' tool it says there is nothing to do. The about screen lists no updates as being installed. [XE2] \'Delphi.Personality\' and platform \'Win32\' missing or unavailable
Today I reinstall XE2 with update 1, when I try to run the application, I got following error message, I am sure it used to works fine before rebuilding my PC. Firebird \'driver\' for Delphi 2009 Pro?
Is there a Firebird 2.X Driver that will work with Delphi 2009 Pro out there yet? All the sites I looked at didn\'t seem to explicitly say they had a 2009 version yet. I need it for a middle tier so I think that rules out DBExpress seeing I have the pro version of Delphi 2009. Correct me if I\'m wrong. Delphi 2009 \'Check for updates\' not working
Hi All, I have just got a new laptop and have only just installed Delphi 2009 onto my machine and have registered it. Now I know there are updates available, however when I run the \'Check for updates\' tool it says there is nothing to do. The about screen lists no updates as being installed. Any ideas as to what is happening? I am running Windows 7 64bit. Do you know anyway for me to exclude a subset of columns returned by this function. We have two columns (rec_user and rec_datetime) which are in all of our tables, but when generating triggers I want automatically generate a script which does not include those two columns but does include all other columns in that table.
